Today, it is undoubtedly one of the best-prepared in Quebec to face situations of normalcy disruption.<\/p><p>Over the years, my knowledge and equipment have evolved. Today, I am self-sufficient in terms of food, with a wide variety of fruit trees and shrubs, a vegetable garden, and small animals (geese, hens, meat chickens, rabbits). I have a large food reserve that can meet the needs of my family. I have also taken measures for water, with a well and a natural water source dug into the mountain, then channeled through a system invented on-site.<\/p><p>I also have a maple grove that allows me to produce various maple products. In addition, I have installed two beehives to ensure the pollination of my fruit trees and to harvest quality honey at the end of the year.
