According to Public Safety Canada, all citizens should be able to \"survive\" (or fend for themselves) for 72 hours. Why 72 hours? Because in the event of an emergency (or a disruption of normality, in survivalist language), this is the time frame estimated by the government before you and your family receive the necessary assistance. It is therefore important to have what you need at home to live well, with the minimum, for at least three days. The most important? Food (non-perishable) and water (at least 2 liters per day per person). It is also important to identify risks based on your environment and place of residence. Are you at risk of flooding? Otherwise, you've probably noticed that lately, survivalism is becoming increasingly prominent on our screens! Many of these shows and\/or films are very relevant and educational. Of course, when it comes to survivalism, there are extremes! A bit like in everything, I know. But on screen, it can be impressive because we see to what extent the population can be ready and lives in the extreme, in fear or over-organization. And this is happening right here at home! Many Quebecers are survivalists, preppers<\/i> or autonomists. There is a difference between each of these terms. I invite you to research the subject if it interests you. Survivalist \u2013 MOI ET CIE<\/b><\/p>

\"Jusqu'au d\u00e9clin\" is a Quebec thriller available on Netflix. It is a film starring R\u00e9al Boss\u00e9, Marc-Andr\u00e9 Grondin, Marc Beaupr\u00e9<\/b> and several other talented local actors. It is the first Quebec film to be distributed by Netflix, which is quite an achievement! The story revolves around a family man who participates in a group survivalism training; training offered by a pro, played by R\u00e9al Boss\u00e9<\/b>. Le groupe est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios apocalyptiques. Le personnage de R\u00e9al Boss\u00e9<\/b> introduces the group to various techniques and ways to survive, depending on the situations one may face in the event of a disruption of normality. The survivalist content is very relevant, especially since the location where the training takes place is a sustainable autonomous base. In short! The film takes a somewhat dramatic turn, as things do not go as planned and the characters are faced with a real disaster, for which they were not prepared. All in all, the content is very interesting!\n
